Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in C#/.NET, Desktop Application Automation Testing, and Manual Testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating desktop and cloud-enabled applications, developing automation frameworks, executing functional testing, and improving overall product quality.

The role involves testing 3D modeling / CAD applications, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify automation opportunities and develop automated test cases for faster CI/CD releases.
- Design and execute manual and automation test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and desktop UI testing.
- Develop automation scripts using FlaUI or similar desktop automation frameworks.




- Perform desktop application testing using TestComplete or similar tools.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases using Xray or similar test management tools.
- Identify, document, track, prioritize, and communicate defects across teams.
- Participate in bug bashes before feature releases.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define quality standards and identify delivery risks.
- Improve automation coverage by developing reusable components and refactoring existing automation scripts.
- Conduct peer reviews of automation code and recommend improvements.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint-based testing activities.
- Support continuous delivery of test automation through CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong experience in C# / .NET.
- Hands-on experience in Desktop Application Automation Testing.
- Experience testing Windows-based desktop applications.
- Experience with FlaUI or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with TestComplete or similar Desktop UI testing tools.
- Experience with Xray or similar test management tools.
- Experience in Manual + Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience testing 3D modeling applications, preferably in the AEC/CAD domain.

Preferred Skills

- Experience testing AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or other CAD/AEC applications.
- Strong C# programming skills.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering/product teams.
- Solid defect management, communication, and collaboration skills.
