- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Experience: + 4years in heavy fabrication, industrial fans, or capital machinery.
- Key Skills: ISO 9001:2015, ERP-integrated QMS, welding quality, compliance audits, and shop-floor testing.
