Senior Quality Control Engineer – Oil & Gas

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer with solid Oil & Gas industry experience to manage and ensure quality compliance across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, inspection, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor project Quality Control procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, API, ASME, ISO, and applicable industry standards.
- Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate daily inspection activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, piping, structural, mechanical, and equipment inspection activities.
- Coordinate NDT activities including RT, UT, MT, and PT.
- Review material certificates, test reports, inspection reports, and other quality records.
- Raise, investigate,



and close NCRs with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, vendors, and project teams.
- Participate in internal, client, and third-party quality audits.
- Maintain complete and accurate QA

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
