About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Golang & Python Backend Developer with a strong background in Networking and Telecom domain to join our dynamic team at ACL Digital. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, microservices, and APIs that support our clients' networking and telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with demonstrable expertise in Golang and Python programming languages.

The position is based in our Mahadevapura, Bengaluru office, and requires a proactive individual capable of working in a fast-paced workplace with a focus on innovation and quality. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with modern cloud-native architectures and microservices principles.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical skills and industry experience, including:

- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development, particularly in backend development using Golang and Python.




- Strong coding skills in Go Language and Python; Java knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in developing scalable frameworks, modules, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
- Hands-on experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes concepts such as scaling, load balancing, ingress, and security.
- Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems and REST API development.
- Knowledge of OpenStack, distributed software systems, and virtualization concepts.
- Experience with tools like Swagger, OAuth, MQ, Sonar, Git/Gerrit, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, Agile methodologies, and software testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Designing and developing high-performance, scalable backend services using Golang and Python.
- Creating and maintaining microservices architectures aligned with cloud-native principles.
- Developing and deploying APIs, modules, and frameworks that support networking and telecom solutions.
- Implementing containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm chart deployment and management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices,



and maintaining code quality through automation and testing.
- Configuring and managing cloud infrastructure components, including load balancers, ingress controllers, and security policies.
- Diagnosing and reproducing faults from customer environments and providing timely resolutions.
- Contributing to continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline development processes.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects.
