Role Description The Python Developer role is a full time remote position focused on designing, building, and maintaining back-end services and applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code; developing and integrating APIs; and implementing server-side logic to support web and enterprise applications.

The Python

Developer will work with databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity, as well as troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.



Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, is expected to deliver scalable solutions that meet client requirements. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving development processes, and staying current with best practices in software engineering and security.

Qualifications

- Strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in Python, with the ability to write modular, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful APIs and working with common Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Solid Software Development skills, including version control (Git), testing frameworks, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Practical experience with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and integration with Python applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and basic security best practices is beneficial.
- Experience in sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, or other consulting domains supported by D2N Solutions is a plus.
