Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Siliguri subdivision. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing hotel and hospitality supplies, evaluating vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The Purchasing

Manager will monitor inventory levels, place purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with the store and experience center teams to maintain optimal stock and product availability. Daily tasks include analyzing demand forecasts, reviewing quality standards,



managing relationships with distributors and brand partners, and optimizing purchasing costs while maintaining service levels. The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to understand client requirements, resolving supply issues, and preparing regular reports on purchasing activities, budgets, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiation, with the ability to secure cost-effective and reliable supply arrangements.
- Proficiency with MS Office and inventory or ERP software for tracking orders, stock levels, and supplier data.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality procurement or hotel supplies purchasing is highly beneficial, along with knowledge of local and regional markets.
