?Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily purchase activities and vendor coordination
- Handle inventory, stock levels and store operations
- Ensure proper receiving, storage and issuance of materials
- Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, stock records and documentation
- Coordinate with HODs, Accounts and suppliers
- Monitor consumption and control unnecessary purchases
- Conduct regular stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and quality supplies

Candidate Profile

✅ Prior experience in Purchase & Stores, preferably in the hotel industry

✅ Valuable knowledge of vendors and market rates

✅ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

✅ Good understanding of inventory control

✅ Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge

✅ Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
