Experience: Minimum 7–8 Years

F&B; Department Knowledge: Mandatory

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th: Completed from Science / Commerce stream.
- Graduation: Completed through Regular mode.
- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of F&B; Department purchasing and procurement.
- Positive knowledge of vendor management, negotiation and procurement processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Purchase MIS.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Manage procurement requirements for the F&B; Department.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of required materials and supplies.




- Maintain purchase records, quotations, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with stores/F&B; teams.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Track pending orders, deliveries and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
- Prepare purchase-related MIS and reports.
