About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Restaurant/QSR/F&B; industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, consumables, and other operational requirements while ensuring the best quality, pricing, and timely availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for restaurant/QSR operations.
- Source and procure food ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials, beverages, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies and other consumables.
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials as per restaurant requirements.
- Compare quotations and conduct regular price benchmarking.
- Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure purchased products meet the required quality, quantity and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Chef, Kitchen, Operations and Store teams to understand purchase requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement based on consumption and inventory requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, quotations and purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve issues related to quality, quantity or delays.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluation and performance reviews.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and SOPs.




- Ensure procurement is within the approved budget and maintain cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team regarding invoices, payments and vendor reconciliation.
- Explore new vendors and alternative products to improve quality and reduce procurement costs.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- *4–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably within the **Restaurant, QSR, Hotel, Catering or F&B; industry*.
- Strong knowledge of food and non-food procurement.
- Valuable understanding of restaurant raw materials, ingredients, packaging and kitchen consumables.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of market rates and supplier networks.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase/inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong analytical and cost-control skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates who have previously worked with QSR chains, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, catering companies or food-service businesses will be preferred.
