3Leaf Infoserv (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase & Inventory Executive to join our team in Gota, Ahmedabad. We run e-commerce operations selling on UK marketplaces, and this role is responsible for keeping the right stock, at the right cost, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and raise purchase orders based on sales demand, stock levels and supplier lead times
- Manage and monitor stock levels in WMS/OMS systems and Excel
- Regularly review minimum stock levels and reorder points, and identify items that need reordering
- Monitor all transfers, deliveries, replenishments and stock movements at the warehouse
- Plan and track inbound container deliveries
- Carry out periodic stock takes and investigate quantity and cost discrepancies
- Set up new products in the system and agree required stock levels with managers
- Work with suppliers to get the best price, quality, product range and brand packaging
- Record and resolve product quality issues and supplier complaints, with corrective and preventive actions
- Review inventory data regularly and develop new processes that improve efficiency

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in purchase, inventory or supply chain




- Good understanding of demand and supply planning, inventory optimisation and stock management
- Experience with Linnworks or a similar inventory/order management system (preferred)
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic reports)
- Able to analyse data from different sources and use it to make purchasing decisions
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
- Positive communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/ B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain preferred)
