note: Candidates with a strong track record in Real Estate procurement will be preferred.
We are looking for a strong Purchase Head to lead end-to-end procurement for large-scale real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sourcing and procurement of construction materials, services, and project requirements.
- Lead vendor development, negotiations, rate contracts, and commercial finalization.
- Ensure cost optimization, quality standards, and timely material availability.
- Build and manage a robust vendor network across categories.
- Oversee Purchase Orders, procurement planning, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate closely with Projects, Contracts, Finance, and Management teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement systems.
Experience: 10+ years in Real Estate/Construction Procurement, with strong vendor network and negotiation expertise. Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
