Role Description The Purchase Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, responsible for overseeing end-to-end purchasing activities for the organization. This role includes managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services according to company standards and project requirements.

The Purchase

Lead will analyze pricing, lead times, and supplier performance to support cost-effective and reliable sourcing. Daily tasks involve monitoring inventory needs,



collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production and finance, and maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation. The role also requires negotiating terms with vendors, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes and policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, with experience managing procurement cycles.
- Demonstrated capability in Purchase Management, including planning, vendor coordination, and cost control.
- Hands-on experience with creating, reviewing, and tracking Purchase Orders.
- Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier quotations, monitoring spend, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or power electronics industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ERP or purchasing software and standard office productivity tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
