Purchase Executive – Modular Interior Industry

Location: Gurugram (Manesar)

Experience: 2–6 Years

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the modular interior/interior industry to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for modular/interior projects.
- Source and procure materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, fittings, accessories, and other interior materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices,



payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with project, design, production, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement decisions.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
- Monitor material quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain effective vendor relationships and support cost optimization.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Modular Interior / Interior Industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and accessories.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet project timelines.
