Purchase Executive – Industry: Refrigeration / HVAC Manufacturing Designation: Purchase Executive Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: Bavla Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end purchase activities for raw materials, components, and spare parts. Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers. Collect and compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). Coordinate with vendors regarding material availability and timely delivery. Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely procurement. Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and documentation.

Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, and other departments. Monitor inventory requirements and ensure availability of required materials. Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost,



and delivery.

Handle purchase-related MIS and reports.
