Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end purchase-to-pay cycle, procurement, negotiation, and RFQ management for electrical and mechanical domains, ensuring timely material availability and compliance with procedures.

What Youll Do

- Manage purchase-to-pay activities including RFQs, cost comparisons, approvals, requisitions, orders, and documentation
- Convert requisitions and demand signals into accurate purchase orders and manage order changes
- Monitor supplier delivery commitments, expedite critical materials, and resolve supply issues
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders for order execution and delivery
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
- Ensure compliance with company procedures,



sourcing strategies, and audit requirements
- Support inventory optimization and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with P2P cycle, procurement, negotiation, and RFQ management
- Domain expertise in electrical and mechanical procurement
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing high-volume or high-mix purchase orders

Qualifications: BE / BTech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Diploma, or related field
