Role Description:

The Purchase Executive role at Chatkazz is a full time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services required for smooth restaurant operations.

The Purchase

Executive will coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, maintain vendor relationships, and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations. Daily tasks include verifying product quality, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and updating purchasing records in line with company policies. The role also requires close communication with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with budget, menu requirements, and business priorities.





Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and ERP or inventory management systems.
- Candidates should possess good numerical ability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within hospitality, food service, or retail environments.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in business, supply chain, commerce, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.
