Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.

The Purchase

Executive will collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets, maintain vendor records, and support negotiations for pricing and contract terms.





Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels, tracking order status, resolving discrepancies with suppliers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price comparison, and basic contract handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Relevant experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing procurement will be beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software, attention to detail, and strong negotiation and analytical skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple purchase activities, and adhere to timelines and organizational policies is required.
