Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for mechanical, electrical, fabrication, sheet metal, machining, and vendor development.
- Source materials from vendors to meet project requirements.
- Develop solid relationships with suppliers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by monitoring production schedules and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to procurement processes.
- Study BOMs, drawings and technical specifications before procurement.
- Understanding our ERP system and procure items through it.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, PO status and procurement MIS
- Purchase products such as -

Motor gearbox, bearings and couplings PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo motors and drive

Sensors and Electrical panel related components

Machines and Fabricated components as per drawings
