We are looking for a highly driven, intelligent, well-connected and results-oriented Media, PR & Reputation Management professional with a Master’s degree and demonstrated expertise across media relations, public relations, crisis management, online reputation management, strategic communications and stakeholder management .

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who understands not merely how to generate media coverage, but how to shape narratives, build credibility, manage reputational challenges, create strategic visibility and deliver measurable business outcomes through media and communications.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

Exceptional Media Network & Relationships

Strong and established relationships with journalists, editors, reporters, correspondents, publishers, influencers and leading media houses , with the ability to independently develop and leverage these relationships to create meaningful opportunities.

Strategic PR & Media Visibility

Proven ability to conceptualise, execute and manage high-impact PR campaigns , thought-leadership initiatives, media positioning, brand visibility and reputation-building programmes.

Crisis & Reputation Management Expertise

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in crisis communication, reputation management, issue management, damage control, stakeholder communication and strategic response planning , particularly in sensitive or high-pressure situations.

Story Creation & Narrative Building An exceptional ability to identify newsworthy opportunities, develop compelling stories, shape narratives and create multiple well-structured articles, angles and perspectives around a single subject without compromising factual integrity or strategic objectives.

Strong Business & Commercial Acumen





Excellent understanding of business, markets, brands, corporate positioning and commercial objectives , with the ability to connect media and communications strategy with broader business priorities.

Outstanding Communication Skills

Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills , with the confidence to interact effectively with senior executives, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, clients, media professionals and other key stakeholders.
