Serve as a senior developer in a hybrid work model designing and delivering scalable business solutions on Power Platform using Power Apps AI Builder Power Automate Power Pages and Dataverse while integrating rich web experiences with JavaScript CSS and Power BI and ensuring high quality secure and maintainable implementations that enhance enterprise productivity and decision making.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced model driven and canvas applications using Power Apps and AI Builder to automate complex business processes and improve user productivity across multiple functions.
- Implement custom user interface behaviors with JavaScript and styling with CSS to create highly responsive and accessible web experiences within Power Pages and integrated web components.
- Configure and optimize Dataverse entities relationships and business rules to ensure reliable data integrity consistent governance and effective performance for transactional and analytical workloads.
- Build and maintain end to end business workflows with MS Power Automate to orchestrate data flows approvals and notifications across enterprise systems while reducing manual effort and errors.
- Develop interactive analytical reports and dashboards in Power BI connected to Dataverse and other enterprise data sources to provide timely insights that support data informed decision making.
- Collaborate with solution architects business analysts and testers to refine requirements validate technical feasibility and translate business needs into robust technical designs.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external and internal web services and line of business applications using secure connectors and custom APIs to create unified digital experiences for users.
- Apply secure development practices and environment based configuration management to ensure that solutions deployed across development test and production remain compliant and reliable.
- Troubleshoot complex production and non production issues by analyzing logs monitoring performance metrics and implementing sustainable fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Document solution architecture configuration decisions customization details and user facing guidance to support efficient knowledge transfer and ongoing maintainability.
- Estimate effort plan development activities and align implementation tasks with sprint goals so that deliverables are completed on time within the agreed hybrid working framework.
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect feedback after releases and iteratively enhance Power Platform solutions so that outcomes remain aligned to evolving business objectives and user expectations.
- Contribute to internal communities of practice by sharing reusable components patterns and best practices in web development and Power Platform that can accelerate future deliveries and maximize organizational value.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate five to eight years of hands on software development experience with a strong focus on enterprise web solutions and low code platforms in a hybrid work environment.
- Show advanced proficiency in building Power Apps solutions including use of AI Builder models to classify predict or extract information that augments business workflows.
- Exhibit solid skills in JavaScript and CSS to implement custom behaviors validations and user interface enhancements for web and Power Pages based applications.
- Display practical experience designing data models in Dataverse including tables relationships security roles and business rules that support scalable solutions.
- Apply proven expertise in MS Power Automate to design resilient flows that integrate with Dataverse Office tools and external systems while handling errors and exceptions gracefully.
- Utilize strong capability in Power BI to design data models measures and dashboards that surface meaningful insights to business users consuming Power Platform solutions.
