Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide psychological counseling services to students, faculty members, and staff at the university.
- Develop and implement effective intervention strategies for individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and resilience building.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 3-20 years of experience in psychological counselling or a related field.
- Robust communication skills with ability to empathize with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
