Role Overview

As a Proprietary Equity Trader, you will trade U.S. equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) using firm-allocated capital via Direct Market Access (DMA) , after successfully completing our Challenge. Funded traders receive up to $50,000 USD in buying power . This is a performance-based opportunity suited for traders who are confident in their strategy and ready to operate within a structured risk framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute equity trades in U.S. markets during designated trading hours via DMA
- Apply consistent risk management and position-sizing discipline
- Track and report performance against Challenge benchmarks
- Maintain compliance with firm trading rules and risk parameters
- Continuously refine strategy based on market conditions and performance data

Requirements

- Prior trading experience (Beginner to Advanced considered, based on role tier)
- Working knowledge of at least one asset class: Equities, Options, or Futures
- Ability to trade during U.S. market hours (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST)




- Strong understanding of risk management principles
- Access to a secure internet connection and trading setup ( PC/Laptop mandatory )
- Age: 18+ years mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure and manage risk calmly

Challenge & Funding Process Selected candidates go through a paid Challenge to demonstrate consistent trading performance under defined risk rules. Upon successful completion, traders are allocated a funded account with $50,000 USD buying power and Direct Market Access to trade firm capital. The Challenge fee is refundable through eligible profit payouts, as per applicable terms — full details are shared during the application process.

Compensation Structure

This is a profit-split only role — there is no fixed salary. Earnings are entirely performance-based, derived from a share of trading profits generated on the funded account.
