The role involves researching property-related information from U.S. county, city and municipal sources and communicating with government offices to obtain and verify information. ( NIGH SHIFT) ( 6PM TO 3 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Research Municipal Liens, Code Enforcement and property-related records
- Research Building Permits and open/expired permits
- Check Water & Sewer balances and related property information
- Research Special Assessments and municipal charges
- Contact U.S. municipal/county offices by phone and email
- Review public records and online government portals
- Analyse information and prepare accurate reports
- Follow client requirements and meet quality/productivity standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,827.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
