Job Description
Compliance Associate, Finance Associate
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / CA Dropout, Cost Accountant (CMA)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years & Above
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ISD, and posting entries in Books.
- Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.
- Handling GST & Income Tax notices, assessments, audits, and departmental queries.
- Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns and ensuring timely deposit of monthly taxes.
- Coordination with tax consultants, auditors for closing the Statutory & Other audits.
- Preparation and filing of MCA forms including DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1, AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, PAS-6, ADT-1 and other event-based filings
