Next Door Real Estate is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan and ready properties across Dubai. We work with leading developers and international investors to provide property investment and real estate solutions.

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and sales-driven Property Consultants to join our Kolkata team and work on the Dubai Real Estate Process.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients interested in Dubai property.
- Understand clients' investment requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Present suitable Dubai real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into property transactions.
- Coordinate with the Dubai-based sales and management team.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM.
- Meet monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on Dubai property projects, developers, communities, payment plans, and market trends.

Requirements




- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Previous experience in real estate, telesales, inside sales, BPO, business development, or customer handling is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to learn and earn.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
