Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality and safety, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- Manage and coordinate workers, contractors and subcontractors.

- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and instructions.

- Monitor work quality, progress and productivity.

- Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure timely completion.

- Coordinate with engineers, project managers and the Operations Manager.

- Monitor material requirements and report shortages in advance.

- Maintain basic records of labour, materials and site progress.

- Identify and report delays, quality issues and safety concerns.





- Ensure the site is protected, organized and productive.

- Provide regular progress updates and site photographs to management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior construction/site supervision experience preferred.

- Good practical knowledge of construction activities.

- Ability to manage and coordinate workers effectively.

- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.

- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Responsible, disciplined and proactive approach.

- Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions.

- Willingness to work at different project sites as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
