Role Description This is a full-time remote position, Project Planning Engineer role.

The Project Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain baseline and detailed project schedules, including resource-loaded plans in line with client and project requirements. The role involves monitoring progress, analyzing variances, and preparing regular lookahead reports to support proactive decision-making.

Engineer will collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate schedules, track interfaces, and support cost control and risk management activities. The position also includes preparing project control reports, supporting delay and impact analysis,



and contributing to recovery plans that help keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong Planning & Scheduling skills, including experience with developing and updating detailed project schedules.
- Proficiency in Project Control and Planning activities, such as progress tracking, milestones management, and reporting.
- Experience with Cost Control, including monitoring budgets, forecasting, and supporting cost variance analysis.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions.
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline; a project management certification (e.g., PMP®) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and present concise project status updates.
- Experience in residential, industrial, or EPC projects and knowledge of project controls best practices are beneficial.
