Our group is responsible for assisting our global clients as they become new members of Deltek’s Project Nation by applying professional services proven methodology in areas such as systems design, configuration, testing, training and solution documentation. Position Responsibilities

Release Management Administration

- Review / triage / tracking of all open tickets in JIRA
- Ticket review meeting with client
- Creation of release tickets per track / environment
- Managing weekly releases of different types, including collation of release components / files
- Raising / tracking service requests to the Deltek Cloud team
- Release reporting
- Maintenance of the environment register
- JIRA process ownership / configuration changes – workflows, fields, filters, etc.
- Fielding queries from the Deltek project team, Cloud team and client
- Cover for Release Manager’s duties (in their absence),



including various client meetings

Qualifications

- 3 years’ experience in a Service or Release Management role

- ITIL certification - foundation required
- Excellent communication and written skills required
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills required
- Good planning skills required (Resourcing, Planning, Forecasting, Opportunity Handling)
- Degree preferred
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio preferred
- Good knowledge of JIRA preferred (Configuration, Data Handling, Tracking, Training)
- Basic Knowledge of utilising either Claude or Copilot
