We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to manage IT and technology-related projects for events. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, developers, designers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, accurately, and according to client requirements.

Since our projects are event-driven, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working with strict deadlines, multiple projects, last-minute requirements, and live event schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from requirement gathering to final delivery and project closure.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA/testing teams, technical teams, and other internal departments.
- Create and monitor project timelines, priorities, and deadlines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
- Manage client feedback, approvals, changes, and additional requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables are properly tested and verified before client delivery or event launch.
- Identify project risks, delays, or dependencies and take necessary corrective action.
- Manage multiple event-based projects simultaneously.
- Ensure websites, applications,



event platforms, registration systems, digital solutions, and other project deliverables are ready before the event.
- Coordinate and support the team during live events and critical project periods.
- Maintain proper project documentation, meeting minutes, task trackers, and client approvals.
- Provide regular project status reports to management.
- Ensure proper handover and closure after project/event completion.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in an IT, software, digital, or event-related company.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of the IT/software project lifecycle.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and team management skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership of assigned projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during important event days or project launches when required.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹619,422.34 - ₹2,141,510.41 per year
