Work Week: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Budget: 80 to 1 Lakh per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 6 years (interior design / architecture / residential project execution)

About the Role: We are looking for a Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of project execution across multiple residential sites. This role will bring together strong project management, on-ground coordination and operational rigour to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the studio’s standards. Beyond managing individual projects, the role will be responsible for building structure around the way projects are executed - creating SOPs, improving workflows, strengthening reporting and establishing systems that enable better coordination and accountability as the studio grows.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

- Lead multiple residential projects from execution through completion and handover
- Drive project timelines, milestones, site progress, quality and overall delivery
- Maintain regular on-site visibility and proactively address execution challenges
- Coordinate closely with the design team, site teams, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders
- Identify risks,



dependencies and bottlenecks early and drive them through to resolution
- Ensure design intent, project requirements and execution standards are maintained on site

Operations & Process Building

- Build and implement SOPs, workflows, checklists and project reporting systems
- Create greater visibility across project timelines, priorities, dependencies and pending actions
- Standardise recurring project processes to improve consistency and efficiency across sites
- Strengthen coordination and accountability across internal teams, contractors and vendors
- Review existing ways of working, identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements
- Work closely with leadership on project planning, escalations and overall operational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

- 6 years of experience in project management, interior design, architecture or residential project execution
- Strong experience independently managing multiple residential projects and sites
- Solid understanding of interior execution, contractors, vendors, materials and project timelines
- Strong planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build or improve processes, SOPs and project management systems
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable taking complete ownership
- Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively across design and execution teams
- A hands-on, structured and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery
