Civil (PG/PMP in Construction Management preferred) About the role: Own end-to-end execution of our residential project, from planning and quality to vendor coordination, delivering on RERA milestones and budget.

Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and monitor construction from foundation to handover Coordinate with architects, consultants and MEP teams Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all blocks Track budgets, material indents and work orders against BOQ Manage vendors, contractors and suppliers Conduct site inspections and escalate risks with action plans Coordinate with legal/RERA teams on approvals and milestones Maintain DPRs and MIS reports for management Requirements: Strong knowledge of construction methods, MS Project/Primavera and quality standards Working knowledge of RERA compliance Leadership and contractor management skills Communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
