We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management initiatives within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful execution of new product development, product enhancements, reformulations, packaging updates, label and claims changes, compliance-driven initiatives, and business continuity projects.
- Manage cross-functional project teams from concept through commercialization, collaborating with stakeholders across research and development, regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, finance, and commercial functions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate project feasibility, define objectives, assess resource requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Drive project delivery while balancing market demands, regulatory requirements, operational constraints, and speed-to-market objectives.
- Lead portfolio lifecycle management initiatives to optimize product offerings, improve consumer value, and support long-term business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to supply continuity, regulatory approvals, product changes, sourcing strategies, and overall execution.
- Proactively communicate scope changes,



project impacts, and recommended solutions to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct forward-looking analyses to identify opportunities that enhance project value, accelerate delivery timelines, and strengthen business outcomes.
- Facilitate project team meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making forums to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and ongoing progress.
- Maintain strong project governance through status reporting, milestone tracking, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degree preferred.

Experience
- 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, product lifecycle management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within complex matrix organizations.
- Background in consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, FMCG, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of new product development, commercialization, portfolio management, and product lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
- Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments and quality-compliant operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
