- Take overall responsibility for project planning, execution and completion.
- Manage fabrication, erection and structural steel project activities as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and equipment required for project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the planned schedule.
- Review project progress and prepare DPR, WPR, MPR and project status reports.
- Coordinate with the planning, design, purchase, production, quality and accounts teams.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Ensure fabrication and erection work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality requirements.
- Identify project delays, execution issues and technical problems and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures.




- Conduct regular project/site meetings and communicate progress and critical issues to management.
- Coordinate project billing, measurements, work completion documentation and client approvals.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records and correspondence.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects as per agreed requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

- 7 - 20 years of relevant experience in project management/execution.
- Experience in fabrication, erection, structural steel, PEB, EPC or infrastructure projects.
- Robust experience in site/project execution and project coordination.
- Experience in managing manpower, contractors and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Ability to coordinate multiple departments and project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project / Primavera P6 will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of fabrication drawings, erection activities and structural steel work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage projects within time, quality, safety and cost parameters.
