Position: Project Manager

Location: Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, site operations, or construction/industrial projects.
- Candidates should have proven experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing projects.
- Experience in team handling, contractor/vendor coordination, project scheduling, cost control, and client coordination is required.
- Candidates with experience managing projects from initiation through completion will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and other resources.
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, machinery, and equipment.
- Maintain project documentation,



records, and reports.
- Identify project-related issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with management and clients regarding project requirements and progress.
- Lead and supervise the project team to achieve project targets.

Qualification & Skills
- Graduate/Diploma/Engineering qualification preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Working Hours & Shift
- Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day, as per project requirements.
- Shift: General Shift / As per project and site requirements.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary will be offered based on qualification, experience, and skills.
- Site/travel allowance may be provided as per company policy.
- Other advantages and facilities will be provided according to company rules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
