Role: Scrum Master / Salesforce Project Manager

Experience: 10+ Years Overall

Salesforce Experience: 3+ Years – Mandatory

Locations: Hyderabad | Chennai | Pune | Bangalore | Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid

Payroll: Qusonic Technologies

Duration: 6+ Months

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years managing Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management,



communication, and presentation skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project for project tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools ( Netsuite).
- Exposure to release management and DevOps tools (Copado).
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
