Project Manager – Site Experience: 8.10 Years Location: ON Site Salary : 5.5 - 6.0 Lac Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Site to manage and execute construction/site projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall site execution, project coordination, quality, safety, timelines, and cost control. Key Responsibilities· Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day site activities in accordance with approved project schedules, drawings, and specifications. · Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. · Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. · Ensure project execution meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. · Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones and completion targets. · Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, site records, and other project documentation. · Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently. · Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and resources at site. · Identify and resolve technical, execution, coordination, and site-related issues. · Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control and optimum utilization of resources. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements,



and company policies and procedures. · Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with all project stakeholders. · Inspect completed works and ensure quality compliance, snag rectification, and timely closure of defects. · Review contractor measurements, bills, work completion records, and supporting documentation. · Report project progress, delays, risks, constraints, and critical issues to management with appropriate corrective actions. · Coordinate project completion, testing, snagging, documentation, and final handover as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills· Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field . · 8–10 years of relevant experience in site management, project execution, or construction project management. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, estimation, project planning, and execution. · Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software/tools . · Robust leadership, communication, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, manpower, and site activities simultaneously. · Good understanding of construction quality standards, safety practices, and statutory requirements. · Strong ability to manage project timelines, resources, and priorities. · Willingness to work at project/site locations as required. · ?
