Technical Skills

- Expertise in conceptualizing and formulating Project Execution Plans (PEP), starting from the proposal/marketing stage through project completion.
- Strong experience in vendor/fabricator coordination and expediting to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Proven ability in multi-disciplinary site supervision and coordination with major vendors and site contractors for installation activities, along with maintaining proper site records and documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project standards, and quality requirements.
- Sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to project execution.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards, with desirable exposure to design and development activities.

Software/System Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.




- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking using project management software.

Special Skills
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative workplace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination, planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 20 years of relevant industry experience.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Consulting, or EPC firms, particularly within the Design Department.
