Job Summary

Lufera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver technology and web development projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, team coordination, client communication, and overall execution to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobile-First, Lightning-Rapid Design: Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Break down tasks and assign responsibilities to team members
- Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.

- Team Coordination: Lead internal teams including developers, designers, and testers

- Conduct regular team meetings and reviews
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments.

- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients

- Manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback
- Resolve client queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure high quality and functionality

- Coordinate with QA/testing teams for bug-free handovers
- Conduct UAT sessions where necessary.

- Risk Resource Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans





- Allocate resources efficiently and manage team workload
- Escalate issues proactively and suggest solutions.

- Documentation Reporting: Maintain all project documentation, task tracking, and status reports

- Provide weekly/monthly progress updates to management
- Use project management tools like Trello, Notion, Jira, or Zoho Projects.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or web project management.

- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Familiarity with website development and SaaS platforms preferred.
