We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage premium villa and apartment interior projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for timely delivery, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

- Manage end-to-end interior projects - residential villas, apartments.
- Prepare project schedule, micro-planning, and daily/weekly work progress report.
- Coordinate with design team, 3D, factory and site team for drawings and execution.
- Ensure site is ready as per drawing before execution.

1. Site Management:

- Supervise all site activities – false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, polishing, etc.
- Manage contractors, carpenters, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is done as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct daily site meetings and toolbox talks.

1. Client Coordination:

- Single point of contact for client at Paul Alukkas & similar premium sites.
- Attend client meetings, handle queries, and give timely updates.
- Manage client variations, extra works and get approvals.

1. Cost & Material Management:

- Prepare BOQ,



material requisition and track material consumption.
- Control wastage, manage budget and avoid cost overrun.
- Coordinate with factory and purchase team for timely material delivery.

1. Quality & Handover:

- Ensure 100% quality as per Palazzo standards before handover.
- Do snag list checking and rectification.
- Complete project on time and handover with all documentation.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of interior execution materials and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage 3-4 sites simultaneously

- Own vehicle preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
