Job Title: Project Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution &
- Operational Planning

- Translate 2D/3D design drawings, MEP schematics, and technical details into transparent, actionable site execution plans.

- Develop comprehensive project master schedules (Gantt charts/WBS), establishing critical paths for site works, procurement, and installation.

- Supervise daily site operations, including structural modifications, partitions, ceiling installations, flooring, woodwork, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integrations.

- Monitor site safety, clean workspace protocols, and quality control standards across all trade disciplines.

1. Vendor, Trade &
- Supply Chain Management

- Coordinate with general contractors, carpenters, painters, MEP specialists, HVAC technicians, and custom fabricators.

- Issue detailed material requisitions well in advance to prevent lead-time delays or site downtime.

- Review shop drawings, custom millwork, and factory-fabricated furniture against approved client specs before installation.

- Inspect incoming materials on site to verify quantities, quality standards, and compliance with project BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

1. Budget &
- Financial Control





- Manage project expenditure against the baseline budget to prevent cost overruns.

- Review contractor running bills (RAs), measure completed work on site, and authorize payment certifications.

- Manage the Change Order / Variation process—evaluating scope changes, estimating financial and timeline impacts, and securing client approvals before execution.

1. Client Relations &
- Stakeholder Alignment

- Serve as the principal operational contact for clients, architects, and external consultants.

- Conduct weekly site walkthroughs and provide formal progress updates, financial tracking sheets, and milestone reports.

- Resolve on-site spatial conflicts, architectural discrepancies, or unexpected site conditions proactively.

- Manage final snag listing, punch list rectification, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
