Role Description The Project Manager role at InnoShri is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for smart infrastructure and sustainability initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking. Daily responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, aligning project deliverables with client requirements, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. The role involves coordinating with expediting and logistics teams, monitoring inspections, mitigating risks,



and resolving issues that may impact project scope, timeline, or quality.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements that support operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material flow, vendor follow-up, and on-time delivery of project components.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with standards, and acceptance of delivered work.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, inventory, and on-site availability of equipment and materials.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, sustainability, facilities, or technology implementation projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an advantage.
