Role Description The Project Manager role at Indie Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for interior and design projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers, vendors, expeditors, contractors, and clients; tracking materials and logistics; monitoring site progress; and resolving project-related issues. The role also involves conducting inspections to maintain quality standards, managing documentation and reporting,



and proactively identifying risks and dependencies.

The Project

Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each project reflects Indie Living’s focus on craftsmanship, functionality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and stakeholder coordination
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, manage vendor timelines, and support smooth project flow
- Inspection skills to review site work, verify quality, and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Logistics Management skills to oversee procurement, deliveries, inventory, and on-site material handling
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, designers, and suppliers
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, architecture, interior design, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Prior experience in interior design, construction, or related project-based industries is an advantage
