Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on IAM experience to manage and deliver Identity & Access Management programs. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of IAM solutions. PMP knowledge and hands-on IAM experience are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects and programs.
- Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, and Access Management.
- Manage project governance, risks, budgets, reporting, and executive updates.
- Ensure timely milestones, delivery, and client requirements.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall,



or Hybrid project management practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of overall experience with relevant IAM/project management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM/IGA and security programs.
- Experience with SSO/MFA, IGA, and PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
- Strong skills in project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
- PMP knowledge is required

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
