About the Role

Hash Agile Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Experience in the Healthcare domain is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, status updates, and escalations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, where applicable.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and delivery performance.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.




- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and project plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of solid experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proven experience in managing project timelines, scope, risks, resources, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and client-facing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects in a dynamic environment.

Positive to Have

- Experience working on Healthcare or HealthTech projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows, healthcare systems, or healthcare data.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
