Role Description The Project Manager – ELV System will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and performance standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand requirements, develop project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress.

The Project

Manager will supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include managing procurement and logistics for ELV equipment,



tracking project schedules, resolving technical and coordination issues, and preparing regular status reports. The role also involves identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.

- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track material deliveries, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely availability of equipment and components.

- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to supervise site activities, verify installation quality, and ensure adherence to ELV standards and specifications.

- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, storage, and coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.

- Relevant experience in ELV systems (such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, data networks, and BMS) in construction or building services projects.

- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.

- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong documentation and reporting abilities.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to ELV systems.
