Why this role matters: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects from initiation through successful completion. You will work closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve. You know how to bring people together, create clarity around responsibilities, identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving toward measurable outcomes.

What you will do:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines,



and expected outcomes.
- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and ownership structures, ensuring clear accountability across all workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and take proactive action to keep projects on track.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers, developing mitigation plans and escalating critical matters when necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives, ensuring clear decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular, transparent updates on project status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and improve project management processes, documentation, reporting, and workflows to increase execution efficiency and transparency.
- Measure project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews,



capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related role.
- Experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, SaaS, API-based products, fintech, or other technology-driven businesses.
- Experience managing software development or technical projects.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of APIs, software development lifecycle, and technical project dependencies.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Solid project planning, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
