Role Description The Project Manager – Civil Engineer will lead and manage civil engineering projects on-site in Andhra Pradesh, India in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving technical and operational issues.

The Project

Manager will supervise site inspections,



review drawings and BOQs, track resources and logistics, and ensure timely delivery within budget. The position also requires preparing project reports, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid project coordination and expediting skills, including experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, including site supervision, quality control, and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, including material planning, resource allocation, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience managing civil infrastructure or industrial projects, ideally with consultancy or EPC organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and lead multidisciplinary teams.
