Redwud Construction & Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager – Civil to manage and execute residential and commercial construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for complete project coordination, site execution, manpower management, quality control, material planning, cost monitoring, client coordination, and timely project completion.

5+ years – Civil Construction / Project Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete execution of civil construction projects from start to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily/weekly work targets.
- Supervise Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, interiors, and other site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
- Prepare recovery plans and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Plan manpower and coordinate labour and subcontractors.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, consumption, and wastage.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, subcontractor work, and bills.
- Monitor project costs against approved estimates and BOQ.




- Identify and document additional/variation works and coordinate approvals.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly project reports, progress photographs, measurements, approvals, and site records.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping and compliance with safety requirements.
- Coordinate snag rectification, final inspection, and project handover.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- Solid experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, BOQ, estimation, measurements, and billing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and client-coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Thiruvananthapuram.
