Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dehradun.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution across architecture, interior design, turnkey construction, and prefabrication projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design, construction, manufacturing, and vendor teams, managing project schedules, tracking materials and logistics, and handling change orders in a structured and transparent manner. The role involves monitoring site progress, conducting inspections,



resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvement, documentation, and reporting to support Ace Arc’s technology-enabled, system-driven approach to building.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading multi-disciplinary construction or design projects.
- Experience in expediting activities, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting of materials, approvals, and vendor deliverables.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control practices for construction, interiors, and manufactured components.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate material movement, production schedules, and on-site delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.
- Experience in integrated design-build environments, prefabrication, or modular construction is an advantage.
