- C1 English

- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)

- Ability to plan actions and oversee results

- Robust analytical and organizational skills, with solid attention to details which includes ability to draw conclusions from reports and data analysis

- 3 years of work experience (or equivalent) in managing projects and/or programs

- Experience in communication with Stakeholders

Your tasks

- Coordinate and support the design, planning, and delivery of programs, trainings, workshops and events, ensuring high-quality execution and participant experience

- Manage stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and relevant functions to ensure aligned planning and delivery

- Oversee processes, workflows,



including implementation of business standards, scheduling, logistics, and service delivery requirements

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and overall service quality

- Prepare and maintain reporting, documentation, and operational guidelines to ensure transparency and structured execution
